about us

Heritage as a Debt, Culture as a Gift

At the heart of our organization lies a word that is both our name and our compass: "Addacha". Translated from Belarusian, it means "giving back," "dedication," and "fulfillment of a debt."

Know More About US

For us, Addacha is more than a word; it is a sacred obligation of each generation to the past and the future. It is the realization that we are temporary guardians of national treasures, which we must not only preserve but actively multiply and pass on to future generations in a vibrant, living form.

Global Scope through Local Authenticity

We believe that preserving the foundations of human civilization begins with respect for one’s roots. Using the example of Belarusian culture—its unique language, traditions, and history—we are creating a model for identity preservation in today’s digital world. However, our mission is broader: we build "friendship bridges" to the cultures of ethnic minorities and the Indigenous Peoples of America.

This symbiosis of cultures—from the Belarusian Polesie to the lands of the Paiute and Shoshone nations in Nevada—allows us to find shared meaning in the preservation of ancestral knowledge.
